Hello, my name is Marcia Keyser, and I am the Online Graduate Support and Instruction Librarian at Cowles Library. In my role, I provide support to faculty and instructional designers within Drake University Online, and I teach courses on Information Literacy and Copyright Issues in the United States. I act as a liaison between Cowles Library and the School of Education, contributing to the collection-building of both online and print resources for the School of Education.

In my work, my objectives include assisting individuals in locating the information they require and providing instruction on effective information retrieval practices. Additionally, I have been studying copyright issues for several years and am available to offer informal advice on most copyright challenges you may encounter.
When I am not at work, I enjoy reading novels, gardening, and walking my dog.
