This is because each resource obtains its information from different sources.

Top 300 Drugs Flashcards are just electronic flashcards that you can use to study.
Go to link at the top called "Study Tools" > then select the link "Top 300 Drugs Flashcards" (You will need to create a free account to keep track of questions you got right or wrong.)
Top 300 Prescription Drug Challenge is a set of quizzes that you can take with Tiers 1-3 corresponding with a year in the curriculum and an increasing level of difficulty.
