Find and Browse Journals with BrowZine: Searching BrowZine

BrowZine is a platform that allows you to easily locate and track Cowles Library journal subscriptions in your discipline or areas of interest.

Searching in BrowZine

As you type a journal title or subject into the BrowZine search box, suggested matches will appear to the right. Matching titles are indicated by a blue journal cover icon, matching subjects by a red file drawer icon.

Matching titles might also appear in a "Journals available outside of BrowZine" section. The library has access to some or all issues of these journals, but not within BrowZine. If you click one of these titles, you will be taken to a SuperSearch result for that title, which will display the years you can access through the library's subscription(s).

Clicking an available title will display the table of contents from the most recent issue. You can select other issues in the Journal Issues section on the left, or click an article title to be taken to the full text of that article. If the Library has access to content earlier than what is available for viewing in BrowZine, you can click "View all back issues and sources for this title" to access that content.
